Room service food was terrible. Ordered a Korean Burger and it was sloppy and not nice. Upon checking in it took nearly 20 minutes to do so. Even though I submitted all my personal information I had to do again. Not good service. Lastly, I was charged an additional day rate as holding upon checkin. This is not a surprise many people would like. Overall disappointing stay. I really wanted this to be a good weekend and unfortunately it wasn’t.

Due to our son being sick, we had to check out at 11pm on the same day we checked in. As a return customer, I would have appreciated a discount on the price of the room.
