Unit we stayed in was perfect for us. We had travelled with 4 children during the night and really hit a wall and needed a sleep. The staff changed our unit to one that was already ready so we were able get in early which was much appreciated. Pool was heated and the kids loved it. We would definitely stay again.

average place reasonable price I slept in the bunk bed and the mattress was terrible, sunk in the middle.

Thank you for your review. The mattresses in the bunk beds are designed for children only, we are sorry you didn't have a good sleep. Had we known you required separate rooms for 2 adults we could have accommodated this. Best wishes

Shower incredibly small and only at shoulder height, difficult to wash head/hair. Bed was dirty on top under pillows, had to remove all pillows and brush off onto floor. Boom gate driving in took a few goes before it finally decided to let me in.
