Pros: Close to Princess Theatre (perfect for a quick walk home.) A very short walk to Parliament Station. Clean, comfortable bedding, Cons: Outdated info in the room (eg. Happy hour at Cricketers Bar no longer offers Happy Hour). Toilet ran for an extended period after flushing.

Our room was much smaller than the standard ones we have previously had. I got stuck in the lift by myself. Quite frightening as it was late. Door would not open when I pressed the open door button repeatedly. We still love the history of this hotel but maybe spend some money on lift maintenance.

Dear Belinda,Thank you for your feedback. I see that you had a much larger room on your previous visit that could accommodate up to four adults. We have eight room and suite types and choosing the right one is important - we try and describe them all as accurately as possible, yet it is easy to assume all rooms are standard as they are in many hotels. Traditional Rooms average 21 square metres, Superior Room are 50% larger and Deluxe Rooms are twice as large.If I have missed anything, please let me know through the Wotif/Expedia platform.We are in the business of exceeding expectations not failing to meet them. The room above us had a squeeky floor which was annoying when someone got up during the night or early morning. Request for details about a potential upgrade where never discussed with us as there were none available even though this was offered.
