We requested an earlier check-in time and staff said they would text when the room was ready. No text came through so we rang them and they said the room had been ready for quite sometime. This put us out for the job we were at the hunter valley for. Poor communication and reception did not answer the phone after calling 8 times. Dissatisfied!

Highly recommend Rydges resort hunter Valley. Rooms very large and clean, lovely staff, buffet breakfast was excellent- loads of options and super fresh food. Would definitely stay here again.

Like the adults only pool and location. Onsite brewery, bistro and restaurant were great as was the golf course. Need more attention to replenishing items when doing room service. Otherwise great

Stayed in a Villa .Sadly the lounge was ‘as hard as a rock’. Everything was spotless. The Resort was beautiful. Proximity to other venues was excellent . Great for families .
