Clare Boothe Luce Professor and Department Chair of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Duke UniversityTo give her full title, Hai “Helen” Li is the Clare Boothe Luce Professor and Department Chair of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Duke University.

She was appointed as the General Chair for the 62nd DAC in August last year. Joining her as the Vice Chair is Renu Mehra, VP of Engineering at Synopsys. Together with the DAC Executive Committee, they will oversee the exhibition, direct the technical programme, introduce new initiatives, and manage all aspects of conference operations and publicity.
