Measuring 1.5 x 1.5mm (DFN-6), GRF2110 is aimed at WiFi 6/6E, small cell and wireless infrastructure.

It operates from 2.7 to 6V, drawing 70mA at 5V. Power is applied to the output terminal via a choke.

On its optional evaluation board, Richardson is claiming: 16.3dB of gain, 1.2dB noise figure, +22dBm OP1dB and +38dBm OIP3.

A bias voltage via a resistor is needed to set the operating conditions of the amplifier, and this pad can also be used to shut off the amplifier to a ~10μA stand-by. In total, roughly 10 to 16 (0102 size) passive components are required to complete an amplifier.
