
Made by Cissoid and called CMT-PLA3SB12340, it can supply its 26A at 90°C, and up to 340A at 25°C.
This is a complete power module, including output-to-baseplate (5kVdc for 1min) and input-to-output (3kV for 1min) isolation, power supplies to feed the secondary side gate drivers and fault flags back to the input side. Claimed common-mode transient immunity is >50kV/µs.
All that is needed is a 12V to +18V power supply and six PWM signals.

The unit measures 104 x 154 x 34mm and 550g.
On resistance is typically 3.25mΩ, and operation is over -40 to +175°C. Three emperature sensors are included.
Operation is at between 20 and 50kHz (with temperature caveats).
The baseplate is aluminium silicon carbide, contribution to the junction to baseplate thermal resistance of 0.183°C/W
Use is envisaged in cars, busses, trucks, e-boats and e-aviation, as well as in industrial motor drives.
