Valerie Lynch, the founder and chair of AND Technology Research joins Caroline with her daughter, ANDtr’s CEO, Nicola Thorn, to discuss the origins of the company in the 1980s and why today a diverse workplace and listening to engineers can advance more than just a design idea.
Dr Lynch, of course, received the Lifetime Achievement award at the first Electronics Weekly’s Women Leaders in Electronics Awards in 2024.
