The beds were very comfortable. Reception area was very noisy and staff hard to hear.
Area around the pool was old, dirty and damage was evident.
Well located if you want Surfers Paradise. Sadly this region is not what it used to be. I would never go back there.

The location was good. Noisy room from surrounding properties when we opened the balcony door.Exhaust in the bathroom is blocked/dirty and not working. The fridge was Empty and noisy with no basics in it. We have to switch it off to sleep. When I asked why did you take my credit card details if there is no incidentals, was told just in case if we damage the property. 😂
Bath tub is discoloured and disgusting and should have been in the bin long back.
AC control panel is old model and difficult to operate, no instructions provided.
I booked for beach view but got a semi beach and was told that it was the best room. Water leak stain is visible next to curtains. I stayed in many hotels but this was worst experience.
