Venue was clean and staff were friendly however when it’s busy - they need to sort counter staff out rather then have them milling around watching the chaos unfold

The towels had stains on them. There was mould in the shower, and as a disabled person in a wheelchair the door ways are to small, the carpet is really hard to wheel on in the wheelchair and in general all is hard.
